I strive to provide a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that you as the individual are the expert in your own life. I aim to help others process their emotions and other difficulties that they may have going on in their life. I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a happy, productive, and safe lifestyle. I pull therapeutic strategies from a variety of sources over my educational and life experience. Some of those may include the Gottman Method, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and CBT to name a few. I take a compassionate, non-judgemental approach.
