I am an Autistic, ADHD, queer, and biracial therapist that is passionate about celebrating intersectional diversity with clients. Living in a world where neurodiversity, gender, sexuality, and multiculturalism are still heavily misunderstood can be an incredibly alienating, painful, and confusing experience. Discovering, communicating, and advocating for accommodations, needs, passions, and making sense of your life is among my favorite parts of working with clients. When we are able to make meaning in life and identify what is important to us, we can use these aspects to guide our behavior toward becoming the person we want to be. My work is most focused on Autistic and ADHD adults, and people who are curious about their neurodevelopment and how that has played a role in their daily functioning and overall development. Treatment incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, values, and holistic health. I am Level 1 trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Counseling. 日本語が話せます。
