Often times just when things seem difficult, hopeless, or challenging we tend to retreat inward and isolate, when in truth, this is the precise moment that we need to reach out and form human connection. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space so that clients can feel comfortable sharing even the most uncomfortable life circumstances. I also work with couples experiencing intimacy, communication, sex, and relationship/ sexuality issues. I work within the LGBTQAI+ community, and have experience working with Postpartum depression. I am trained in EMDR for trauma and PTSD.
