I received my Masters from Columbia University and trained at the Center for the Study of Anorexia and Bulimia. I am certified in the treatment of Eating Disorders as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I help people understand and become curious about themselves. I challenge the negative thinking that plays endlessly in our brains. I work to help people develop their strengths, their voice and to regain agency in their lives.
