Welcome! I’m K. Hilary Curtis-Long, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience in trauma informed and systems-oriented care. My work is grounded in the belief that distress is not a personal failing, but a meaningful response to lived experience—often shaped by relational wounds, cultural narratives, and environments that ask too much of the nervous system. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, listen carefully, and make sense of what your symptoms have been trying to communicate. My work centers on exploring sexuality, intimacy, and relational forms outside narrow or inherited norms, and supporting people in the aftermath of experiences that overwhelmed their sense of safety or self. Many who come to therapy are not broken, but at a crossroads—seeking a way of living that better honors who they are becoming.
