I'm a psychological associate and I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and neurodiversity. I provide individual and family therapy, caregiver coaching, and therapeutic psychological assessments. If you're having difficulty with processing and responding to the challenges in your life, understanding and coping with your emotions, feeling isolated and down on yourself, and navigating your family system and patterns, I would be honored to join you on your journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. We do not exist in a vacuum, so I work systemically. I'm also a certified PEERS provider, offering social skills groups for neurodiverse teens and their caregivers.
