Hi! My name is Hilary. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and my practice, Silver Linings Counseling Services. I received my Bachelor's degree in 2006 from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2008. I completed my field experience and received continuing education from community mental health agencies. I have been serving Children, Caregivers, and Adults throughout Florida with Kindness, Compassion, and Understanding for the past 20 years. During our first appointment, we will have a conversation about how I can help you, and what your goals and expectations are. We meet as often as we agree to for therapy to talk and play about life experiences, have fun, connect, learn, develop a toolkit of coping skills and calming techniques, and to explore and try out new things.
