I believe all humans are messy and imperfect; my goal is to assist clients in embracing and accepting the chaotic nature of life while nurturing growth and mastery over new skills and ways of coping with losses, traumas and ways in which life throws unexpected changes our way. I work creatively and flexibly with populations from 6 years old to 70 years old. I work from a person-centered, interpersonal view, believing we must all accept our gifts and shortcomings before change can happen.
