You are the expert of your own life. This is the basic belief that guides my therapeutic practice. My role as a therapist is to help each client identify and understand their own behaviors in a better light, and to develop tools that empower them to take control of their own lives. Everyone has the ability to change and grow, and that change is best facilitated with structured support. Together, we will identify your goals for therapy and work towards them. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, abilities, genders, sexualities and identities.
