Hello, I’m Hilary, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, families, parents and adults. Throughout the years, I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, therapeutic day schools, community-based programs, and within a group practice as an individual therapist. I support clients as they navigate through depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, family conflict, and life transitions with warmth and understanding. Together, we will develop strategies to bring more calm, connection, and positivity to your life.
