Hello, my name is Hilary Matthews and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and substance abuse counselor in Nevada, California, Utah and Oregon. I use different modalities in therapy. most often using Cognitive Behavior techniques for a number of symptoms and diagnoses, including but not limited to mood disorders, trauma, grief, relationships, stress, and substance use. I enjoy working with older teens and adults ages 16-65. I am experienced in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, substance use, relationships and other stressors.
