I work with individuals and couples, providing a safe space to uncover core issues, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy patterns that keep you feeling out of alignment or stuck. I utilize a range of modalities primarily based on attachment theory. Our attachment styles are formed during early childhood development and fall on a spectrum from insecure to secure attachment.
