Managing life stressors & balancing relationships are common issues that humans struggle with today. We struggle to do it all & more often than not we wind up feeling burned out and/or checked out. We are existing instead of living. I view therapy as offering the opportunity to gain another perspective on life experiences & explore how to navigate them more effectively.
