I am LCSW therapist with Cerebral and I have been with them for 4 years. I also currently work with Headway and Rula. I take Aetna, Cigna and Optum insurances with Rula and Headway. I have focused my practice on clients with ADHD, depression and anxiety with the understanding that with those comes other mental health struggles. I want to be able to work with you so that you are able to feel validated and lead the life that you want to live with tools and coping skills.
