Hi, My name is Hilary Settlemire. I have my Masters in Social Work. I currently have my LCSW. My approach to therapy is make sure that is client centered and working on you to become your best self. My focus areas are adults with ADHD, Bi-Polar, Anxiety and Depression. I also like to work with couples and marriage complications. I open to helping anyone through what they are going through. My approach to therapy is using CBT, DBT and solution focused therapy. I want to work on being aware of your behaviors and being able to work through them with you.
