I am passionate about working with clients enduring Narcissistic Abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, high conflict divorce, coparenting, self esteem, and grief. I focus on helping clients who have endured narcissistic abuse in various contexts in relationships, marriage, work, and through toxic dynamics with parents or adult children. Starting therapy can feel daunting but also offers hope when you are ready to invest in yourself. I collaborate with my clients to explore strategies to alleviate emotional pain, remove distressing symptoms, and foster self-awareness. Together we will work on growth & healing.
