I offer my clients a safe place to express their feelings without judgement. We work together to come up with a plan that best addresses their individual needs. Whether they would like to work through past trauma or assess why they feel stuck in a repetitive cycle, we will find ways to move towards a life of peace, fulfillment and authenticity. I have worked with adults, couples and teens, as well as parents and families, in areas of depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, trauma and other mental health struggles. I am EMDR trained and engage in ongoing education in a number of areas to facilitate my continued professional growth.
