For those seeking support for mental health challenges or addictions (perhaps with legal entanglements or wanting to work on getting your driver's license back), my approach offers non-judgmental active listening and feedback so the client knows they are being heard. I give them the space to tell me what they can about their struggles and goals. In addition to supportive problem solving, I work with clients to identify strengths and passions so they can begin building their self-care skills. These skills can be empowering to make meaningful change in their life.
