Reaching out to a therapist requires courage and readiness for wanting to make changes. Perhaps you are feeling trapped in your own mind, maybe a tough circumstance forces you to face what is not working anymore in your life, or an inner pain becomes so loud that you can no longer ignore it. In my work, I strive to help you discover yourself, and look at patterns and habits that no longer serve you. My hope is to guide you to break free from whatever is holding you back to become who you truly are.
