My practice is currently accepting new clients and couples! I believe that everyone deserves the chance to be heard, accepted, and believed no matter what issues or struggles you are currently facing. In addition, I believe that our life experiences can shape who we are and can influence how we react to certain situations. And by examining and processing these experiences we can better understand ourselves and our behaviors. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for you to navigate areas in your life that you want to accept or see change, at a pace that feels right for you. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I affirm people of all identities and backgrounds. My specific areas of interest include working with individuals with an LGBTQ identity, those in non-traditional relationships, and those who have experienced religious trauma.
