I strongly believe each person carries the power within to create a life in which they want to live—a life with hope and well-being. As a therapist, I offer a friendly, safe, and warm environment where individuals and families can discuss life’s challenges. Using a variety of treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based treatment and Family Systems Therapy, my goal is to help clients reach the place where they can thrive. Educated at Oakland University, I have received my Master’s degree in Social Work. Additionally, I have over 15 years’ experience serving women, teens and children dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma and domestic violence.
