Selecting a therapist is difficult, you’re entrusting them with your vulnerabilities, important relationships, and distressing experiences. You may be resistant to the idea of therapy or “talking about it,” but you’re here because you know something could be better. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, supportive space as we work together to build emotional and relationship resiliency. My aim is to help identify and break negative cycles while fostering lasting change beyond therapy sessions. I have a passion for working with couples, first responders, active military or veterans, relationship loss/divorce, and trauma/PTSD.
