I focus on helping my clients improve their awareness of the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Though the development of a strong therapeutic relationship, I aim to help clients celebrate their strengths as well identify and challenge the maladaptive patterns that are keeping them stuck. Together we may explore new ways of labeling and expressing emotion, identify problematic interpersonal patterns, or challenge unhelpful mindsets. My approach emphasizes curiosity, not judgment, around the complex topics that often come up during our work together.
