Welcome! I'm so glad you landed on my page. I am a strengths-based, client-centered therapist who sees teens and adults working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, relationship issues, identity questions, & trauma. The first thing I'll do when we meet is listen. I want to hear your story, in the way that you tell it. Together, we'll explore the parts of your story that are working for you, and the parts you want to shift; the parts of your story that are in your control, and those that are not. I will act as guide and witness to the work you do to move towards the life you want and deserve. I am trained in various psychotherapy approaches, and, together, we'll determine which therapeutic practices make sense for you. I typically incorporate expressive arts-based techniques, IFS therapy, somatic practices, and mindfulness into my sessions to encourage insight and healing on a core level. Most clients choose to work with multiple approaches.
