I believe that we all have the ability to thrive when we're connected to our most authentic and embodied self. As a therapist, I love helping my clients heal and supporting them on their journey toward this best self! I've been a practicing therapist for about 10 years and I've found I work best with adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, life stress, or just want to know themselves more deeply. By providing supportive and nonjudgmental space, I'll help you explore thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you and work toward healing any past emotional wounds that keep you feeling stuck. In my practice, I use a variety of techniques and modalities to best support my clients on their therapeutic journey. I have training in both EMDR and Brainspotting for trauma processing and find this work to be very rewarding and effective for healing. I enjoy working with people who are open and willing to explore themselves on a deeper level.
