Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're used to holding everything in or feeling like no one truly understands what you're going through. Whether you're navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, cultural or identity-based challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I want to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and valued. As a first-generation Latina, I value the diverse experiences clients bring. I’m passionate about working with children through creative, developmentally appropriate approaches like play therapy, but I welcome individuals of all ages with cultural humility, curiosity, and care.
