I believe that we are all inherently good inside, but trauma can leave us stuck in beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve us—especially in safe relationships and environments. My approach to therapy is to help clients recognize these unhelpful patterns, gently deconstruct them, and reconstruct new ways of being so that life is no longer defined by trauma. My primary role as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space that encourages clients in the audacious practice of self-love and compassion. I am committed to listening, believing, and challenging clients on their journey toward healing and growth.
