I help adults who are questioning their relationship with food, alcohol, or drugs and those facing infertility, pregnancy or post-partum challenges. As a queer therapist, I'm experienced with and enjoy supporting fellow LGBTQIA+ community members. I work from a relational and trauma-informed perspective and incorporate tools from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. Most importantly, though, I am guided by the person sitting in front of me. I will work to understand your unique therapy goals and partner with you on your journey.
