Therapy begins with a vulnerable step, yet it remains a powerful act of self-love and discovery. I bring a warm, supportive approach, working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and identity issues. As a first-generation South Asian American raised in New York City, I integrate strong multicultural awareness that helps me connect deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds. I am bilingual, fluent in English and Pashto.
