I believe that all people have the capacity to find paths to healing and make changes in their life. As a trauma informed/affirming therapist I also know that things happen that can make us feel anxious, stuck and alone. I am glad you are looking into giving yourself this opportunity! I utilize a relational and trauma informed approach that is collaborative and allows space for all aspects of who you are. I strive to always integrate an intersectional and social justice framework that allows space and weight for experiences of one’s social identities.
