English | 日本語 I’m passionate about working with individuals and couples using trauma-informed care and relationship-focused therapy. I enjoy using effective and creative tools by integrating somatic modality, parts work, and mindfulness. Just as seeds know how to sprout above the ground and leaves turn toward the sun without being taught, I believe we, too, hold that same inherent capacity to grow. The difference is, with humans, that capacity can be hindered by physical, emotional, and psychological challenges. In my clinical and personal observation, our seeds have a much better chance of sprouting and growing when we feel truly seen and heard.
