You wake up in the morning and the pain is still there. You feel like you might never recover from the loss, the betrayal, the estrangement, the old wounds. You just want to shake the anxiety, the depression, the feeling that you aren't functioning well, but your efforts to do it alone haven't been working. I'd love to help.. I offer deep and compassionate listening and use a variety of proven methods to ease suffering, such as CBT, but lean heavily on methods that reach beyond talk therapy, such as EMDR and ART. I find that these methods work faster and deeper than talk therapy alone & are more likely to bring immediate relief.
