I have over 12 years of clinical experience working in outpatient mental health clinics, schools, and emergency departments. I enjoy working with adolescents ages 11+ and adults. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harm, life transitions, identity concerns, and cross-cultural challenges. I practice from a systems lens to help clients understand how their personal experiences within their family and communities influence them. I work with clients to explore their values and goals, process difficult emotions, identify maladaptive patterns, and improve coping skills.
