ASPIRE and Young Adult Mental Health offer intensive outpatient (IOP) group therapy programs aiming to address the rising rates of mental health issues among local youth. ASPIRE focuses on improving teen mental health and assisting parents with building skills to better support their teens. The Young Adult Program focuses on improving mental health and the challenges that occur during this transitional period into adulthood. We are here to support the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood through our eight week program that focuses on emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal relationships, and mindfulness.
