I help guide you on your self- exploration journey. My mission is to help clients achieve their goals in a safe, accepting environment through a collaborative effort. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to stress, anxiety, mood, addiction, trauma, interpersonal struggles, family conflict, grief/loss, self-esteem, finding meaning and purpose, and challenges adjusting to major life transitions. Have you had therapy and are looking to take a deeper dive? I use a holistic therapeutic approach, understanding the essential connection between mind, body and spirit. I encourage clients to pursue healthy lifestyle changes, including evidence-based mindfulness practice, breath work, visualization, nutrition & body movement, that impact health and wellness.
