Working together, my goal is to make you feel safe, comfortable & like you are speaking to a friend; someone who knows and understands you on a deeper level. I have over a decade of experience treating individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self confidence, health struggles, pregnancy and postpartum and more. I can offer a deeper understanding and unique view based on not only additional training but personal experience as well.
