Cressica is a Prepare Enrich facilitator, a leading evidence-based couples and marriage program designed to build upon a couple’s strengths to improve their communication skills, better manage stressors, develop a more balanced relationship and alleviate suffering surrounding sex and illicit drug addiction. Ultimately, the goal is to develop an understanding of personality (brain type) differences to maximize teamwork through EMDR and hypnosis to make rapid generational changes.
