I work with adults of all ages & phases of life. I specialize in supporting them to work with & through life challenges, relationships, transitions, addictions, depression, anxiety, & trauma. Often the most painful “symptoms” are actually aspects of us, protective strengths that are outdated or out of balance with our life and our truth. It may be something deep within us trying to loudly get our attention that something is off & needs to change. Whatever drives you to show up for yourself & your life in this way…welcome!
