Hello, my name is Grady Smith. I am an Associated Marriage and Family Therapist at Holistic Psychotherapy Inc. Many of the clients I work with are seeking stability, clarity, and a deeper understanding of themselves. They may be teens exploring identity, families working to rebuild connection, or adults feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or life transitions. What they want most is a safe space to be seen without judgment, to make sense of their experiences, and to move toward a more balanced, grounded, and fulfilling life. I welcome clients who are ready to grow emotionally, relationally, and holistically.
