Therapy is a space for healing in a world that keeps reopening wounds. Life stressors, trauma, depression, relationship conflict, grief & loss, and anxiety are at an all-time high. I have the skills and expertise to support my clients to overcome life's challenges. I take an evidenced based and holistic approach to therapy. I'm trained in a variety of treatment modalities including trauma informed care, psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy).
