Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in California (more specifically, the Bay Area region). I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling specializing in Forensic counseling from Walden University and have been practicing counseling for 5 years. I am also a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD). I help adolescents, young adults, and adults with building skills and identifying tools to help them become accepting of themselves and have a more satisfying life. I also work with couples to help them learn healthier ways to interact and connect with each other, along with being a more cohesive unit if they have children. Please note that if you have Kaiser insurance, you must request services through Kaiser before scheduling with me through them.
