Hi there, I'm Holland! Starting therapy can be scary and overwhelming. It takes courage to take the step of not only admitting that you want help but also seeking out support. I congratulate you on your courage and will support you in a safe environment. Some sessions may be more challenging than others, but you will always receive support and understanding. I take a collaborative approach with clients, including them in each step of treatment development and management. We will develop rapport and identify which modalities would work best or combine parts of modalities that will work best for you.
