I am passionate about helping children, adolescents and individuals navigate through life’s unfair challenges while helping them become the best version of themselves. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment and helping clients experience lasting healing. I take a person-centered approach and employ principles from cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy. Like any other relationship, trust is important and takes time, therefore, I strive to meet my clients where they are presently, joining them at their own pace in their journey.
