I am dedicated to providing services to each client with focus on their individual needs and health. My work is client-focused and uses a cognitive behavioral approach. I work to aid individuals in exploring their emotional, relational, social and spiritual goals. I have been working in higher education since 2015 and greatly enjoy working with adults in their 20's and 30's. I love walking with others as they learn to navigate depression, anxiety, relationships, spirituality, loss, and any other stressors of life.
