My favorite thing about being a Mental Health Counselor is that I have a front row seat to witness the life change and healing that can take place in the therapeutic environment. Seeking counseling is a brave step and I enjoy coming alongside my clients and to help them find the tools in order to empower themselves toward their desired growth. My approach is supportive, compassionate and collaborative. Building trust is imperative to yielding results in therapy! My clients often say that they know that they can trust me; this is the foundation to a great therapeutic relationship. We all have challenges in our lives. Sometimes those challenges can cause one to feel stuck and sometimes a person may even believe that they can never become whole again. I specialize in helping clients heal from traumatic experiences in a safe and collaborative environment.
