Common struggles I assist with include; tackling communication barriers, rebuilding the 'spark,' addressing emotional needs, building self worth, and getting 'un-stuck' in life. My passion comes from helping people pave their way to growth and happiness. I believe my role as a therapist is to put an end to the cycle of avoiding difficult topics, and to dig deeper into them. My therapeutic style is very warm and nurturing, yet honest and realistic. I prefer to take a collaborative approach to ensure that the goals of therapy are consistently reflective of my client's needs. I strive to empower my clients to uncover and acknowledge their strengths, and become experts of navigating their own lives.
