As a licensed Therapist, I work with ages 5+, couples, and families. I have a diversity of experience but my passion is helping others through trauma, grief and anxiety. My goal is to provide an environment of safety with no judgement. Whatever thoughts, or feelings arise we will figure it out together. I would be honored to provide a refuge where we can have an open conversation about the feelings, emotions, and thoughts you may be experiencing. I am certified in grief counseling, trauma level II, PTSD and ADHD. My other areas of expertise include EMDR, polyvagal and play therapy, military and veterans, psychedelic integration, depression, anxiety, difficulties in relationships and communication, and many other life challenges at home and in the community.
