Hi! Are you or a loved one experiencing ongoing feelings of anxiety, panic, or stress? Are life’s daily struggles becoming harder to cope with? I promise, you are not alone! My goal is to help children, adolescents, and young adults find happiness and balance in their lives through using a mindful, compassionate, client centered approach. I use compassion, humor, play and art therapy, and strategic therapeutic interventions. My focus areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, school related issues, and trauma. I earned my MSW from Stony Brook University in 2018. I have worked with youth in outpatient treatment agencies and within schools in addition to adults of various ages. I am certified by NYU in Family and Child Therapy. I aim to develop a strong, comfortable, and safe relationship in order to provide the best treatment to help reach goals.
