Reaching out for support is the first crucial step in the process of healing and change. As a therapist it is my life's passion to be that support to those who are searching for more, struggling with their current season of life and/or are at a loss for direction. At any stage of life when our mind and heart have decided that a change is necessary and that it is time to begin that process, having a knowledgeable, open-minded, and compassionate person to walk the journey with us is crucial. It is my hope to work with those who are ready, if even in the smallest way, to begin their journey of hope and healing.
