I see each client as an individual and as the expert on themselves. My job is to help you get what you need to be the best version of yourself. We all do our best to cope with hardship and what worked previously may not be working anymore. I will help you gain new and effective coping skills to better serve you where you are now. I am a PsyD student who takes a person-centered approach to interact with clients. I have experience working with trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and more. I have significant experience working with clients with disabilities and would love to continue that work.
